The word ‘Yoga’ stems from the Sanskrit word ‘Yuj’ which means to yolk, join or unite. Through your practice of yoga, you begin to bring about the mastery of body & mind, and this leads on towards the union of the individual and the Universal consciousness.
Join in a local yoga class and feel the benefits of Sivananda yoga. This style of yoga is designed to promote health through postures, breathing and positivity.
Lessons typically last 1 - 1.15 hours.
Lessons at Talbot Heath School, Moordown Hall and Online are open to everyone. The Village lessons are open to members only.

NEW CLASS - Moordown Hall: Wednesday 4.15-5.15 pm, Children's yoga suitable for ages 5 - 11. Courses run half termly, £7 per class, course payable in advance. Taking bookings now for the next half term. Book Now
