What stages of pregnancy is it safe to try yoga?

Yoga is suitable to be practised all through pregnancy as long as the teacher is made aware! Rebecca taught up to 38 weeks pregnant with both her children so she’s very experienced with what you can and can’t do whilst pregnant.

If you are used to practising yoga then continuing your lessons is fine with adapted postures.

Some new students prefer to wait until after 12 weeks but this remains an individual decision.

Please feel free to join any of the current available classes - contact Rebecca for further info
